“I think there seems to be a miscommunication between the booking system and the cleaner. When the cleaner arrived they informed us that there were 4 carpets instead of 3. It is not clear what classes as a separate carpet. I assumed the 2x1m hall at the top of my stairs was included in stairs carpet are classed as 1. Also I asked for an oven clean and was told the extractor fan and the hob weren't included in that. I don't mind having to pay the extra £50 but it would have been nice to know this upfront and also to not annoy the cleaner. That said, they did an amazing job overall”
