The staff arrived promptly and were very reassuring and radiated competence as they went through what they were assigned to do and managed my expectations in advance where necessary (I’d booked carpet cleaning and the carpet was a complete mess – they managed to freshen it up and get many of the stains out but some bits were irreversibly stained). They did a great job, in a timely manner and took all rubbish away with them after. Very pleased will book again.”

He then had me come down and walk down the street to the parking sign, to sign up for a parking app and pay his parking for three hours (which wasn’t used as I noticed someone else must have come and picked up the car while they were working as it was gone and then they were picked up.”
