“Tbf, they are quite good and look super clean most of the places, however, there are quite lots of things (extractor fan/washing machines and toilet stinks etc…) that we had paid for extra for some items but they didn’t do it until we informed them, still, they had not done anything for the washing machine which we had paid for extra 15£ and they have not give us refund yet”
