“The actual cleaners were great. On phoning the office was quite alarming , with shouting , bellowing going on in the background. I could hardly hear anything. The costing is so confusing, with carpet cleaning so cheap , which was the service I really wanted. I should have put oven cleaning but forgot and wasn’t prompted by you so ended up getting it done separately. i think you need to better train your office staff. It needs to compliment your on line stuff and serve to reassure and clarify any queries . I found the initial contact awful but it did improve.”
