overall really happy; just behind one radiator it wasn’t cleaned, the pressure washing overall amazing; but in one corner you can see the pressure washing lines/the tiles weren’t fully cleaned; the tap has gunk around the base that could have been removed again, big task and the team did really well, overall happy

Good booking and payment system, clear communications. Two guys did a good job cleaning. But make sure you have a copy of your quotation at hand as when they arrived they tried to nit-pick and say we didn't book cleaning of the dining room + TV room, only one room. But we showed them the quote and we did book 2 living rooms… They also tried to cause an issue with one toilet being "extra" even though I booked cleaning of 2 full bathrooms, the toilet is just separate from the shower room. Also, make sure to check if they cleaned underneath all appliances… they cleaned under some appliances (oven, washing machine) but not under fridge. Oven was cleaned 80% but it was very dirty to start.

Ali and smile came to my flat earlier than I expect, but it’s good for both of us. They clean my house effectively and they are both friendly. They brushed and cleaned almost every corner with dusts, which made me a better place to move in. Before that, this flat was to dirty to tolerant. They promptly cleaned some of the still dirty corners I found as I asked. I appreciate their efforts.
