Great job as always. Many thanks.

Initially the overview of what was to be done and what wasn’t revealed a flaw in our own assessment of the work – not appreciating the fact that you charge each staircase as a single task costed separately, I assumed wrongly that if you knew the property was three storeys – the exact address already given to you – that that would have been factored in. But your cleaners seemed nice people.

They attended the property promptly and gave all the rooms a good clean. Thank you.

Caroline · BH21, Wimborne · April 2025

I was extremely pleased with three young ladies who attended. They worked hard and continuously and I was delighted with the result of their work. The reason I have put only '8' instead of '10' is because I was disappointed that they could not clean the tops of the cupboards properly, only able to give them a flash over with a feather duster. They explained the reason to me (would need ladders and could fall) and I did understand. Unfortunately this was the reason I didn't clean them myself. But I live alone, am over 80, and with no one to assist me with the ladder I thought I would get some help in. Do men have the same instructions I wonder? Kind Regards and thanks for the excellent help, Pat Newman

The job the 3 women did was great, the mattress wasn't steam cleaned though, I may of made a mistake thinking you were going to dispose of a few items of furniture and another mattress, this was something I asked for when I put in for the job and what I was thinking when I had the quote, could someone phone me to discuss this please

Paul · BH10, Bournemouth · January 2024

Ishmael was fantastic. Followed our instructions to a tee regarding key collection and which rooms to clean. He is clearly proud of his work and we were really pleased with the standard of cleaning. He also seems like a nice bloke! Highly recommend for cleans around Gloucestershire / Bristol / Swindon etc.

Abel did a fantastic job on a house that required a lot of work on a very hot day. The whole house was very grimey and we were very very pleased with the thoroughness and the change that was made to the feel of the property.

Glynn · CV3, Coventry · June 2026

Nesh and his colleague arrived on time and immediately went to work. Nesh made sure that he understood exactly what was to be cleaned and then went above and beyond to complete the job. He even washed the carpet twice to ensure it was clean and did a super good job on the oven and stovetop, cleaning in the crevices that most cleaners don't get into. Highly recommend Nesh and his partner for deep cleaning jobs.
