I had a phone call 10 mins before the appointment to say they were running late due to roadworks, which I thought was great that they let me know. The clean was outstanding, they did a fantastic job. Everything had been completed to a very high standard. My only criticism is that I hadn't had any information who was coming, eg names etc. Would have been nice to know names rather than 'cleaners'.”
