However, the cleaners (which are not the one listed in the online confirmation) arrived an hour after the end of the estimated arrival time window (9-9:30am), which disrupted my planned schedule of the day. Although the cleaners who eventually came communicated well and were competent, the delay (and potentially the substitution as well) could have been communicated more timely.”
