The cleaning was very good by Shadia and Zenko and friendly people. However, I could not select the time for the apointment. I asked for 11am and was told 9am. I managed to get a small adjustment of 9,30am. I have properties across the UK. In this case I was travelling from Croydon to Luton and 11am would have been appreciated if accomodated by your firm.
