Requested deep end of tenancy clean in furnished flat value of £248,but team allocated additional jobswhich made a time restriction. Conceded for partial clean with value of £220. Please clarify on company request form allocated duration and consider requesting photos of property to avoid confusion.

Tried to change the time of cleaning the evening before which was a bit frustrating as I’d sorted a hotel out and had driven 200 miles over especially. Still, they agreed to keep the same timing eventually. I’d missed out saying there was a utility room so I paid extra for that on the day – my fault. Did a cracking job on the whole house though and I don’t think the house could have been any cleaner or better prepared for putting on the market. Thanks.
