“Most things were cleaned very well, and the carpets were cleaned as best as they could be given their age and condition. Surfaces were generally cleaned and wiped down, skirting boards were cleaned and the oven was spotless. However, our letting agency has found that the radiators had not been cleaned well and pet hair was left around/behind them. Unfortunately, we will be losing some of our deposit because of this.”

“Tried to change the time of cleaning the evening before which was a bit frustrating as I’d sorted a hotel out and had driven 200 miles over especially. Still, they agreed to keep the same timing eventually. I’d missed out saying there was a utility room so I paid extra for that on the day – my fault. Did a cracking job on the whole house though and I don’t think the house could have been any cleaner or better prepared for putting on the market. Thanks.”
