However they completed the work in around 3 hours and to a standard acceptable to my wife. After they left I found the back door was smeared rather than cleaned, they had not moved a desk for carpet cleaning (there was debris underneath it), and they didn't clean all window openings. We are being picky (possibly) but we did not press them for time so a little longer and they could have completed these points.”
