“I am pretty satisfied with the service provided. Overall a good job but there were a couple things I was not fully satisfied with. #1, the oven was not properly cleaned (though I appreciate that there has been some massive improvement considering the status it was when we found it). #2 the radiator rust, there was no attempt made to remove the rust. #3 (minor item) the kitchen countertop on the right end of the sink was greasy and was not cleaned properly. Other than this, good job and thank you”

He and his team went above and beyond, wiping down extra bits that were not included and even helping me to take things to my car, advising me to keep my young daughter away whilst they clean due to the chemicals they use and sending me a video of him shutting the door to my flat once they had completed the job.
