Cleaning Services in Lewisham

I was moving out of my rented accommodation and my agency informed I needed to do an 'End of Tenancy' clean, I thought oh no this is going to be costly…I searched online, contacted a few and got a few quotes…I decided to go with 'Tenancy. Cleaning' because their communication was great and responsive, the way they sent me a very detailed quote of the service I have chosen was absolutely brilliant very clear and concise, this told me these people know exactly what they are doing and their prices were very competitive. They communicated updates, gave me text reminder of my cleaning date/time, and the cleaners who were coming to do the cleaning. On day of cleaning the cleaner called to give their ETA and timing was spot on. I met the cleaners (Hello Cleaning Service), who were very nice, warm and friendly, they came with all their material and carpet steaming equipment. Cleaners did a fantastic job and even some extra's…I actually felt angry because they had cleaned the place better than when I moved in…I was very happy with the service all round.

The team showed up exactly when they said they would and did an excellent job. We had an unexpected problem with our plumbing which meant our downstairs water was turned off whilst the cleaners were there, and they dealt with having to run up and down stairs to access clean water with no complaint. Lovely and friendly as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
