The property was very dirty, lived in by a very elderly woman who couldn’t cope. The resident had also had a bad fall, resulting with blood on the carpet. The whole team were friendly and polite and did a wonderful job of cleaning the whole house to an almost spotless condition

The time of arrival by the cleaners was 9 – 9.30am. Which was confirmed with an automated text.. The cleaners did not arrive until 11.am. Its a long time to wait in an empty house. A phone call to head office was unanswered and the cleaners themselves did string me along with only another 25 mins twice! However when they did turn up they were very efficient and did a good job.
