Mahdi and his partner did an excellent job for the flat. I could even give a higher mark if they was not late for an hour. But the response from customer service was excellent, they updated the situation within 10 minutes, and got Mahdi to call. It is understandable the cleaners had a busy schedule and the traffic In central Edinburgh was busy. If I was informed beforehand would be most helpful.

Requested the post builders clean. House had no furniture but lots of dust. Arranged for 2pm but got a call asking to come late morning. Was fine with me and I was there when they arrived. Walked around the property pointing out areas and left them to it. Blinds, walls, floors, benchtops. bathroom, lights, doors the list went on. Finished around 3.30 and I was very happy with the job. Would use again. This was Scotland / Falkirk so not sure where the 1 star ratings were based. But I certainly would use them again. Mas and his offsider.

We had building work done, so much dust and dirt on the surfaces, the floors and carpets. They cleaned everything, the rooms smelt fresh and clean. The carpets look so clean as if they were new given the amount of dirt we had on them. Definitely recommend and use again.
