Cleaners were 90 minimum late due to technical difficulties. I understand this, but wish I had been communicated to instead of having to make several calls to determine what happened. But I was offered compensation for the wait. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional on arrival. We did a quick review before I left them to their job. When I returned to the property after they left, it was obvious that the doors were still dirty and needed to be wiped down. However I realise this could be a misunderstanding of the cleaning agreement as I don’t remember there being any specific mention of doors and door frames. My walk through with the landlord went well and they had no complaints about the appearance. Overall, I would use Tenancy.Cleaning again.

The staff were lovely and polite and kept us informed of their progress. Overall the cleaning was good . Only one issue is that they accidentally broke the hinge on the integrated fridge door . We had to source and replace the hinge ourselves. The cleaner did say he would pay the cost if requested.
