Hannah and her colleague were warm and friendly. They immediately grasped what was needed and set about their work right away. Nothing was a problem for them (and we had some very tricky areas (carpets with ground in dirt), extremely dusty surfaces, etc.). They worked quickly and the outcome was fantastic.
