“Most things were cleaned very well, and the carpets were cleaned as best as they could be given their age and condition. Surfaces were generally cleaned and wiped down, skirting boards were cleaned and the oven was spotless. However, our letting agency has found that the radiators had not been cleaned well and pet hair was left around/behind them. Unfortunately, we will be losing some of our deposit because of this.”
