“The cleaners phoned to ask to come and clean earlier of which I was happy for them to do so . The cleaner told me what he was going to clean and did exactly that . They messaged when finished . The cleaning was superb , very happy with the service provided .”

“The carpets were cleaned very well however I am not impressed by the fact the estimated time of arrival was supposed to be between 12.30-1pm and nobody contacted me to say there was a problem with getting to me. I called twice and eventually I got a call back saying the team would be there at 4pm which meant I had to drive back to the property which I had vacated so a lot of messing around.”

Walking around with me in the flat beforehand looking at stains and mould, explaining what they would do or what might not work but they would try their best. And they did! The bathroom looked cleaner than when I moved in two years ago. They had managed to take off the limescale on the toilet that was there when I moved in. Truly an amazing job done!”
