“The cleaning was very good and thorough – I only had time to make a quick check. My only criticism was the lack of communication. I originally booked a 9am start. The appointment was then registered as a 9-9:30am start. The cleaners arrived at 10am, so we had got up early, driven to the house and waited in it for an hour. Neither cleaner seemed confident communicating in English, which was a little frustrating in terms of punctuality and letting us know when it was completed. The cleaners themselves though were clearly lovely people doing their best and their cleaning was good.”

“Mostly good service but on inspection when the cleaners had finished a few things were still dirty to the touch and needed additional work. The extractor fan hadn’t been touched at all though when I showed them that electrically it was safe they did clean it. They didn’t know their way around the coffee machine and so didn’t really touch it. Ovens well cleaned.”
