Although most of the clean was very good, especially the appliances the clean did take five hours when they originally told me three which is not a problem at all I just was unaware when I was able to come back to the home and some bits didn’t look like they were fully clean, for example some bits on floor that haven’t been hoovered.

Noticed afterwards not all corners were fully hoovered as debris remained and also dust particles found in the room. Light cover was not replaced after cleaning.

The cleaning was very good and thorough – I only had time to make a quick check. My only criticism was the lack of communication. I originally booked a 9am start. The appointment was then registered as a 9-9:30am start. The cleaners arrived at 10am, so we had got up early, driven to the house and waited in it for an hour. Neither cleaner seemed confident communicating in English, which was a little frustrating in terms of punctuality and letting us know when it was completed. The cleaners themselves though were clearly lovely people doing their best and their cleaning was good.

The booking process was smooth with a detailed quote that clearly outlined all services included. They covered everything as promised – bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, utility room, appliance cleaning for 6 items, and carpet cleaning for 2 areas. The cleaning was comprehensive and I was genuinely impressed with the results. The property was left in excellent condition. The professional invoicing system through Stripe made payment convenient, and their communication throughout was clear and responsive. The service delivered exactly what was outlined in the quote with no hidden surprises. My only reservation was the pricing at £337, which felt on the higher side compared to other market options. While the service quality was excellent and justified the cost to some degree, more competitive pricing would make this an easy 10/10 recommendation. Overall, a reliable and professional service that delivered what was promised. Would consider using again, though price comparison would be important for future bookings. Recommended for those prioritizing quality and reliability over budget considerations.
