Not clear on the Website or Quote that a Hall & Landing would cost an extra £40. Not the happiest or friendliest staff, I felt it was a "Chore" for the person to clean "all" the carpets in my 3bed house, which is what i'd booked & prepaid. Job was done quite well, although the edges had a cleaning pattern but no pattern in the centre of the rooms and they were barely wet. A whole 3bed house only took 2hours, maybe was a rushed job, for £220 i'd expected a longer thorough clean, maybe twice over main areas – which would have been wetter for sure. Thanks anyway, was a Reliable service & easy to book online.

I had two cleaners Ali and Ismaeil. They did good job but there are some notes: 1. Blinds were not dusted and cleaned well. 2. shower head was not cleaned properly 3. The left an old rusted blade over the toilet water tank and it left a stain underneath it.

The first clean was very well done but as I was moving in to a new home and wasn’t sure how clean the previous tenants had been, I was extra pedantic about a few areas.
