The cleaning was very good and thorough – I only had time to make a quick check. My only criticism was the lack of communication. I originally booked a 9am start. The appointment was then registered as a 9-9:30am start. The cleaners arrived at 10am, so we had got up early, driven to the house and waited in it for an hour. Neither cleaner seemed confident communicating in English, which was a little frustrating in terms of punctuality and letting us know when it was completed. The cleaners themselves though were clearly lovely people doing their best and their cleaning was good.

The only comment I would make is that the description of the service on the website states powerful, professional cleaning equipment used, but it was a Henry hoover and spray and cloth with a flat mop. I'm not dissatisfied but that's why it isn't a 9 or 10
