They finished at 10pm eventually. Lucky I was off work but the time slots is the only reason I reduced my score”

“Good cleaners; bathrooms had a lot of limescale and they did a good job. Although some areas still left with dust, and feels like they rushed at the end. Also chemical residue left in places. I had to direct cleaners to clean certain bits, so not sure it would have been good if I wasn’t around to check on them.”

I confirmed twice by email and had return emails from admin confirming clean would go ahead but the cleaners did not arrive- they did come once I called but this was much later which meant the clean went on later in day and I had to rearrange other appointments. The cleaning however was excellent no problems there.”
