The carpets were cleaned very well however I am not impressed by the fact the estimated time of arrival was supposed to be between 12.30-1pm and nobody contacted me to say there was a problem with getting to me. I called twice and eventually I got a call back saying the team would be there at 4pm which meant I had to drive back to the property which I had vacated so a lot of messing around.
