Sunny · SW11, Wandsworth · September 2023

Excellent communications prior to the visit. Visit timely and they worked very hard. Score 9 instead of 10 because paving stones not completely cleaned – possibly mainly due to ingrained dirt

Linda · W3, Ealing · March 2024

efficient, on time, helpful

Kimberley · SW7, Kensington And Chelsea · October 2023

the team couldn’t do enough to be helpful & deliver a first class service . I loved the way they all helped each other & took care to listen to all my concerns . Most of all I was so impressed by their strong work ethic & the pride they all took in doing the very best job they could

Sardar did a great job, we'd been living in the flat for 7years so needed a good clean on moving out. It looked spotless! He also flagged we booked something that was too expensive than what we needed so threw in another service for a discount

I’m extremely happy with the cleaning service provided by Shaida and Zanko. They were very efficient, professional, paying great attention to detail and making sure everything was cleaned to a very high standard. They worked hard, were well organised, and went above and beyond to ensure the property was left spotless. Their dedication, friendly attitude, and commitment to doing a great job really stood out. Also would like to highlight the excellent customer support. When booking over the phone, the team were very polite, clear, and helpful, explaining everything properly and being completely transparent about the costs, with no hidden charges or unpleasant surprises. This gave me confidence in the service from the very beginning. Well done to the entire team for providing such a professional and reliable service, from the initial booking right through to the cleaning itself. Thank you for your hard work!

Brilliant service. I booked a full end of tenancy clean and was booked in within 2 days. Abubakr Ismahil came and he and his colleague spent all day thoroughly cleaning my property that the last tenant had left in an incredibly dirty state. They cleaned windows, carpets, a particularly disgusting bathroom and kitchen and all other areas of the house. When I returned the house was clean and smelling fresh and is move in ready. 5 stars! Fully recommend.

Had a great end of tenancy cleaning experience with Tenancy.Cleaning for our 3 story midterrace + converted basement in Altrincham. Quotes given were competitive and easy to book and make payment online ahead of the clean. Abubakr came right on time, helped us add things we left off on the clean and got started right away. A good 5 hours later the two cleaners did a great job and left the place spotless.
