As a customer who used your service before, I booked a cleaning session with you. The team you sent was absolutely rubbish and they didn't touch anything. After getting back to you and gave you second chance to re-clean, you sent another team called AC&C who were so polite and professional. A team of 5 people attended the appointment and in less than 4 hours finished the job including whole carpet cleaning. I'm quite happy with their service and recommend you to employ these kind of people as they are such a valuable staffs for every company. The reason for my score is the inconvenience the first team caused me otherwise the final result was 10.

I was expecting 2 people who knew exactly what they were doing. Rozza was great but was working with someone who looked very young where she was telling her what to do. When I checked over the cleaning I did have to point out the kitchen window needed cleaning again there was still black dirt on the front of the kitchen cupboard, , and the kitchen tap still had limescale on it. She did rectify these issues but for £226, I shouldn't need to do that, it should all be done. Might sound strnage, but I also expected it to small clean, apart from the solution used to clean the carpets, I couldn't smell anything.
