Cleaning overall was good We had packed everything away but I had to prove as they were leaving I had paid Thus had all bern paid for prior to clean He then questioned the invoice and I had to prove and show him I had been give a discount I did not need this on a stressful day and working myself as thus took 10 mins for me to find when I was still working and didn't have to hand He said the company needed proof and he took screenshots of my phone I said the company shpukd have the copies of invoice! But overall they cleaned well just a radiator missed underneath and i didn't notice till they left

Although my property was cleaned as agreed, items that were moved in order to clean was not put back. There was no attempt to make things look tidy for example towels removed from radiator in the bathroom were put back haphazardly which made it look untidy which ruined the overall image of the clean
