I had arranged for a specific day, but this was changed at the last minute on the day with very little warning which meant a number of other things that I had planned had to be re-arranged. Although I appreciate this wasn't the fault of the cleaners (driver issue). Other than that – everything was very good – the quality of the cleaning was excellent and very thorough.
