“The cleaners were excellent and did a great job. My only issue is the chopping and changing of times. The clean was initially booked for 2pm on the 11th, it was then moved to 3pm on the 12th and there was a request to move it to 4pm on the 11th again. If there were no issues regarding changing of times then I would've given a 10.”
