The clean was initially booked for 2pm on the 11th, it was then moved to 3pm on the 12th and there was a request to move it to 4pm on the 11th again. The clean was outstanding, they did a fantastic job. Everything had been completed to a very high standard. My only criticism is that I hadn't had any information who was coming, eg names etc. Would have been nice to know names rather than 'cleaners'.”
