Julius and his 2 other cleaners made a great job of cleaning our 4 bed, 3 bathrooms property before we left and an incredible job of cleaning the carpets, which had been lived on for 5yrs. The staff arrived promptly and were very reassuring and radiated competence as they went through what they were assigned to do and managed my expectations in advance where necessary (I’d booked carpet cleaning and the carpet was a complete mess – they managed to freshen it up and get many of the stains out but some bits were irreversibly stained). They did a great job, in a timely manner and took all rubbish away with them after. Very pleased will book again.”
