We ran into some setbacks due to the cycling championships, which complicated things, but she made her best effort to set it right. Also, I feel some more support could have been given to the cleaner to make their job more efficient. It was also quite inconvenient not to know how long the cleaning would take and what it entailed beforehand for both me and the cleaners.
