In general, my experience was good. Sandra worked really hard and was very helpful and flexible. We ran into some setbacks due to the cycling championships, which complicated things, but she made her best effort to set it right. Also, I feel some more support could have been given to the cleaner to make their job more efficient. It was also quite inconvenient not to know how long the cleaning would take and what it entailed beforehand for both me and the cleaners. More communication between us before the day of the cleaning would have been helpful to prepare both parts.

Brilliant service. I booked a full end of tenancy clean and was booked in within 2 days. Abubakr Ismahil came and he and his colleague spent all day thoroughly cleaning my property that the last tenant had left in an incredibly dirty state. They cleaned windows, carpets, a particularly disgusting bathroom and kitchen and all other areas of the house. When I returned the house was clean and smelling fresh and is move in ready. 5 stars! Fully recommend.

Had a great end of tenancy cleaning experience with Tenancy.Cleaning for our 3 story midterrace + converted basement in Altrincham. Quotes given were competitive and easy to book and make payment online ahead of the clean. Abubakr came right on time, helped us add things we left off on the clean and got started right away. A good 5 hours later the two cleaners did a great job and left the place spotless.
