We ran into some setbacks due to the cycling championships, which complicated things, but she made her best effort to set it right. Also, I feel some more support could have been given to the cleaner to make their job more efficient. It was also quite inconvenient not to know how long the cleaning would take and what it entailed beforehand for both me and the cleaners. More communication between us before the day of the cleaning would have been helpful to prepare both parts.”

I called another company to come and do another clean the next day. Lastly no one from tenancy has done any follow up Post cleaning which was disappointing in my view.”
