“The actual clean was good however, the cleaner lied about having having a flat tyre the first day and sent a stock image of a flat tyre then said he wouldn’t change the date of the clean on the system so I had to call the head office to get it changed and then they were late by over an hour with no message had to go through head office again to find out when they would turn up”
