Moved into a new property with a fitted oven which was very grotty! We thought we would give if the chance to have the oven professionally cleaned, and it has came out immaculate!!! most definitely worth the money and so happy with the outcome it practically looks like a brand-new oven! Apologies, I forgot the gentleman’s name that came to clean the oven but would like to say his customer service skills were beautiful really pleasant polite, friendly guy! I just wish I could give 10 stars! This organisation is exceptional! We called so many companies on the Friday before bank holiday weekend, never expecting to find anyone who would carry out a deep clean for us at such sort notice. The gentleman we spoke to was incredibly professional, helpful and worked out of hours to set up a clean for the next day. He was so accomodating and so helpful. The team lead by Adrianna were WONDERFUL,friendly, helpful and WOW WOW WOW the standard of clean was incredible. Nesh and his colleague arrived on time and immediately went to work. Nesh made sure that he understood exactly what was to be cleaned and then went above and beyond to complete the job. He even washed the carpet twice to ensure it was clean and did a super good job on the oven and stovetop, cleaning in the crevices that most cleaners don't get into.
