They also don't seem to know whether I have paid, and they initially said carpet cleaning is not included, which is not true. I would love to say if you cannot keep the time knowing there are two jobs (they said the other job was in Sutton) on your schedule, I think I deserve a courtesy call about it a day or two sooner, instead of an afternoon ruined due to their late arrival.”
