“The house was generally well cleaned, but there were some areas that hadn't been done properly and I had to finish them myself (I didn't have time to ask you to come back again as was handing back the keys to the property the next day). The seal and vents around the oven were filthy. The area by the skirting board under the sink in the kitchen hadn't been cleaned. There were also a couple of areas of carpet with marks on still, which i then removed myself with a basic stain remover from the shop. I have photos, should you require them. “Website and paperwork looked really professional but staff didn't, could really do with a logo t-shirt uniform at least especially as travelling round in a car they could have been anyone. Carpets did not appear to have been washed but thought that was in the quote. However everything else was great.”
