“The house was generally well cleaned, but there were some areas that hadn't been done properly and I had to finish them myself (I didn't have time to ask you to come back again as was handing back the keys to the property the next day). The seal and vents around the oven were filthy. The area by the skirting board under the sink in the kitchen hadn't been cleaned. There were also a couple of areas of carpet with marks on still, which i then removed myself with a basic stain remover from the shop. I have photos, should you require them.
