Initially the overview of what was to be done and what wasn’t revealed a flaw in our own assessment of the work – not appreciating the fact that you charge each staircase as a single task costed separately, I assumed wrongly that if you knew the property was three storeys – the exact address already given to you – that that would have been factored in. Brilliant service. I booked a full end of tenancy clean and was booked in within 2 days. Abubakr Ismahil came and he and his colleague spent all day thoroughly cleaning my property that the last tenant had left in an incredibly dirty state. They cleaned windows, carpets, a particularly disgusting bathroom and kitchen and all other areas of the house. When I returned the house was clean and smelling fresh and is move in ready. 5 stars!
