The whole cleaning service suppose to start at 9 am but started at 4 pm. The 10/10 is only for the person and his wife who came to clean. For the company, they didn't even sent another team even when they know the current cleaning team was stuck in road. I had shifting on that day, i barely slept the previous night, and i have shifted to maidenhead and travel from brighton to maiden is approx 3 hrs. My whole day was ruined and messed up my whole day. Coming to cleaning perfect. It was top notch and happy for the person who came to clean. Would recommend them any time. But the customer service from the company side is poor.
