I originally booked a 9am slot and I was contacted to see if I could swap to 2pm due to scheduling issues, then I was contacted again saying they would be with me between 3.30 and 4pm. This time came and went and then I was told they would be with me by 5.10pm, eventually the team arrived at 5.30pm. the work itself I cannot fault as they did an amazing job. They finished at 10pm eventually. Lucky I was off work but the time slots is the only reason I reduced my score

Nesh and his colleague arrived on time and immediately went to work. Nesh made sure that he understood exactly what was to be cleaned and then went above and beyond to complete the job. He even washed the carpet twice to ensure it was clean and did a super good job on the oven and stovetop, cleaning in the crevices that most cleaners don't get into.
