The form on the website is not very straightforward and even though we took the time to fill it out correctly, paying attention to every additional fee and every detail there was a few things the form won't let you add clearly. We had an unexpected problem with our plumbing which meant our downstairs water was turned off whilst the cleaners were there, and they dealt with having to run up and down stairs to access clean water with no complaint.
