The appointment was then registered as a 9-9:30am start. The cleaners arrived at 10am, so we had got up early, driven to the house and waited in it for an hour. Neither cleaner seemed confident communicating in English, which was a little frustrating in terms of punctuality and letting us know when it was completed.
