My appointment did get cancelled morning of and I had to push for it to be rescheduled same time same day. It was rebooked and other than the cleaning team being 15 mins late they were exceptional. A particularly tricky clean after invasive work had been done to the house but it is spotless!!!

The cleaners themselves were excellent. They were warm and friendly and went over and beyond to ensure my new home was left spotless. However, the service was unfortunately let down by one of the booking agents at tenancy cleaning. The particular agent I’m referring to displayed poor customer service when dealing with a discrepancy made in my booking. I was told one thing when I initially booked, which was clearly the wrong information and created a misunderstanding on my part, however the booking agent failed to gracefully handle the matter in a polite and professional way, he implied I lied about what I had been told and tried to substantiate this by saying he had listened to the initial recording. I immediately knew that was false because on the call I had explained what service I wanted and then was given a price, it’s clear the agent may have misunderstood my request and so communicated the wrong information, however, that wasn’t the issue, the problem came about when the person who followed up with me chose to handle the situation in an impolite and unsatisfactory manner.
