I had a phone call 10 mins before the appointment to say they were running late due to roadworks, which I thought was great that they let me know. The clean was outstanding, they did a fantastic job. Everything had been completed to a very high standard. My only criticism is that I hadn't had any information who was coming, eg names etc. Would have been nice to know names rather than 'cleaners'.

The cleaners were excellent and did a great job. My only issue is the chopping and changing of times. The clean was initially booked for 2pm on the 11th, it was then moved to 3pm on the 12th and there was a request to move it to 4pm on the 11th again. If there were no issues regarding changing of times then I would've given a 10.
