Cleaning completed to an excellent standard, but the appointment was changed at the last minute to an inconvenient time and I hadn't had the terms explained to me clearly enough. Had I known the property needed to be empty on cleaning, I would have scheduled the clean for the day after my move so this could be achieved. Also various personal items were removed from my property and placed in the bin without my consent and I am unsure why this was done.
